Where we deliver

We deliver in Lahore only for now. If you live in another city, choose "Other city" at checkout and leave your number. We will message you on WhatsApp when delivery opens there. Joining the waitlist is free and is not an order.

Delivery fee

• Rs 150 per order in Lahore.
• Free on orders over Rs 3,000.
• No other charges. The delivery fee and total are shown at checkout before you place the order.

How long it takes

We confirm every order on WhatsApp first, then pack and send it, usually within 1 to 3 working days of confirming. Bank-transfer orders are sent once the payment reaches us. We will tell you on WhatsApp if anything is delayed.

Who delivers

Orders go out with a rider service such as Bykea or a local courier. The rider gets your name, phone, address and the cash amount to collect, nothing else.

Use the Track an order page with your order number and the last 4 digits of your phone.

How much is delivery?

Rs 150 per order in Lahore, and free on orders over Rs 3,000. There are no other charges.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Pay the rider in cash when the parcel reaches you. You can also pay by bank transfer; those orders are sent once the payment reaches us.

How do I confirm my order?

After you place the order, press Confirm on WhatsApp on the thank-you page. It sends us a pre-written message with your order number. We pack the order once it is confirmed.
