These terms apply when you order from Miza Foods ("miza", "we") on this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here takes away your rights under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005 or any other Pakistani law.

Products

We sell packed dry fruit, nuts, seeds and mixes. Every product page shows the pack size, price, price per kg, packed-on date, best-before date and origin of the current batch. Photos show the product type; natural produce varies a little in size and colour from batch to batch.

Prices and fees

• Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include any taxes we are required to charge.
• Delivery in Lahore is Rs 150 per order, free on orders over Rs 3,000. There are no other fees.
• The full total, including delivery, is shown before you press Place order. We check prices and stock again at that moment; if anything changed, we show you the new total and you decide whether to order.

Orders and confirmation

After you order you get an order number and a WhatsApp button to confirm it. We confirm every order on WhatsApp before packing. If we can't reach you, or an item turns out to be unavailable, we may cancel the order and tell you. A contract is formed when we confirm your order.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: pay the rider the exact total shown on your order.
• Bank transfer: send the total to the account shown after checkout and upload a screenshot. We pack once the payment reaches us.

Delivery

We deliver in Lahore only for now. See Shipping for fees and timings.

Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is sent out. Message us with your order number. If you paid by bank transfer, we refund in full as set out in our Refunds policy.

Problems with your order

If something arrives damaged, wrong or past its best-before date, we replace it or refund you. The steps are on our Returns and Refunds page.

How we use your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Fair use of the site

Please don't place fake orders, misuse the checkout, or try to break the site. We may refuse orders that look fraudulent or abusive.

Liability

We are responsible for selling goods that are as described and fit to eat. We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as strikes, road closures or extreme weather, but we will tell you and offer a refund if delivery becomes impossible.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please talk to us first and we will try to put things right. If we can't, you can approach the Consumer Court in Lahore under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005.
